Information for Speakers

 

FORUM STRUCTURE:
The Forum’s agenda will include plenary and section reports, “round tables”, master classes, flip-chart discussions and focus groups (small – 8-10 people – group focused discussions with IT experts on issues related to software engineering).
The Forum will also hold seminars of companies – manufacturers of hardware and software for computer telecommunications, and computer demonstrations of network information resources.



The Form and terms of application submission and consideration: * :


April, 1st - the deadline for the coordination of a theme and theses of the report with program committee;


April, 27th - the deadline for submitting ready-to-display slides and/or text of the report;


May, 04th - Formation the latest version of the Forum program.


* Subject to the decision of the organising committee, the deadlines can be moved closer to the conference commencement date.


Participants willing to make a report at the Forum should coordinate of a theme and theses of the report with program committee not later than April 01: 1-2 pages of printed text. At the same time the speakers should prepare slides and/or texts of their presentations.


Please write laconic theses! The main thing is a report essence reflection in them.


Attention! Please prepare theses of reports and texts of reports according to the following template.


The program committee will consider the provided theses, and may request additional information from the authors and by May 04 will formulate the Forum program on a competitive basis and will publish the list of the selected reports with the short summary.


Speakers are obliged to submit ready-to-display slides to the program committee by April 26 with the total time of the report not exceeding 40 minutes, including the answers to the questions from the audience. The program committee can demand to make certain changes both in terms of form and essence. The speaker has the right to make changes in the report after the specified term, but these changes should be coordinated with the program committee.

During the slides preparation follow to recommendations about the presentation design.


If a participant does not provide his/her report in time, the report can be removed from participation and replaced with another previously rejected report.


It is necessary to send all materials to the electronic address of the program committee org@it-conf.ru with a mark in subject "SEF-2009 material".


Reports involving participation of visitors are welcomed as are reports that demonstrate real-life cases (solutions to certain problems, overcoming of problems).
