SEF-2009 Organizing Committee heartily welcomes you to take part in the Software Engineering Forum-2009 (SEF-2009), the first ever unique event to unite in one venue almost all professional IT communities of Belarus.

ORGANIZERS: The Science & Technology Association INFOPARK (Minsk, Belarus); SQALab LLC (Moscow, Russia). The Forum Initiator is Infopark-Project CJSC (Minsk, Belarus).

The Forum is held with support from the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus, Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus, Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Belarus, and the High Technologies Park Administration.

THE AIM: improvement of IT experts’ competence and consolidation of the professional IT community.

THE TASKS:
1. creating a meeting place to discuss the current state, innovations and practical experience gained by different IT companies in the field of software engineering;
2. creating conditions for integration of varied IT fields specialists;
3. increasing the knowledge and practical skills level of the conference participants in respect of basic issues of software engineering;
4. promoting proliferation of the integrated best practices in the field of software engineering;
5. promoting the foundation of a united IT experts community.

TARGET AUDIENCE:

We will be glad to have mutually beneficial cooperation with representatives of mass-media, large information, thematic portals and other partners and ready to offer possibilities for promotion of Information sponsors within the bounds of IT-CONF SEF-2009:

1. Status assignment - Information partner of IT-CONF SEF-2009.
2. Placing a logo in the roller displayed during breaks on the big screen within all days of the Forum.
3. Placing a logo on the portal IT-CONF.RU - an official site of the Forum in the section devoted to information partners.
4. Placing a logo on all information materials of IT-CONF - modular advertising in mass-media, a distributing material.

Information partners of the Forum IT-CONF SEF-2009 undertake:
1. To place IT-CONF banner with the active link to the site http://www.it-conf.ru on their resource.
2. To publish not less than 2 announcements about the Forum (the Organizers provide all necessary information about the Forum preparation progress).
3. To publish a review about the Forum progress and results (All materials, including the actual information, the photo and video can be provided by the organizer, or should be co-ordinated with the organizer before the publication in order to avoid actual errors - in names, names, dates and so forth).
